MaciejSułecki
Engineer, extremely fullstack.Chasing polymathy.
I build the whole thing, and I stay with it until it works.
Bolid
I wrote the software that runs the chillers at Bolid, the IoT Toolkit, from the first sensor down to the compressor.
A touch panel for the person standing next to the machine, and the same machines run from anywhere else. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++.
Then a company, built from what the people using it actually needed.
Becave
Becave Ltd rented property in London. I built what people needed, and I stayed with it from the interface through the backend and the design of the system.
I was CTO, and I taught the juniors from nothing: first programming, then the work itself as they grew. Some of them later went to JPMorganChase, HMRC, and S&P Global.
Westminster
- Data science and analytics
- University of Westminster
- Studied while working full time
- First-class honours
- The final work placed second in the university
Oiler NetworkNethermind
Frontend consultancy on distributed systems, in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Solidity.
I lead the engineering at Herodotus. We turn what a chain stored into something you can prove.
Herodotus
At Herodotus we remap block headers into Merkle mountain ranges on chain, so any data in a block can be proved. The indexers keep that map off chain, preimages included, so a proof knows exactly where to look.
Atlantic
The prover, as infrastructure other people can call. Clients on it reached record throughput for zero-knowledge rollups.
With Herodotus I built Daloc, a DeFi product, so the proofs had a place people could use.
For months the company, clients included, ran on my own cluster at full uptime. Those same machines still hold my drive, my media, the tools, local models, and the private network I work on.

What the work actually runs on, from the proof out to the machines that serve it.
Away from the keyboard, I still like making things work.
WorkshopRacing
Mechanics, soldering, welding, boards. Cars and karts are the machines I get into.
SailingFilm
I sail as captain on the Baltic and the Mediterranean, and I dive, ski, and climb. Film came through my fiancé: I have been the technical person on set, and I have produced music videos, mostly for artists in London.
Study
I study medicine slowly, and I read philosophy at the same pace. Both sit beside the work. I am not in a hurry with either.
Mentoring
I mentor, and I often carry the project as well. I can hold the product, the business, and the system in one conversation, and still do the work. I learn a subject quickly when it is new to me, and I try to keep the room a decent place.
This is some of it. The full list holds the rest.
